Do You Qualify?

Thanks to donations from local businesses and music lovers, The Turntable Fund provides financial assistance to Harford County musicians who can’t gig due to certain hardships. Review the guidelines below, then complete the application.

Do I Qualify?

You must be a working musician who lives in Harford County, MD or gigs in Harford County, MD at least 12 times per year.

What Benefits May I Receive?

We may reimburse you for lost gigs:
  • Up to $125 per lost gig
  • Up to $300 per rolling 90-day period
  • Up to $1,000 per calendar year

What Qualifies?

Loss of work may include:
  • Documented personal illness
  • Birth of a child
  • Documented illness of a spouse or child
  • Cancellation of a scheduled performance by a venue in the Harford County area
  • Fire, flood, lightning, or other “acts of God”

What Does Not Qualify?

Benefits do not cover loss of work due to:
  • Venue or booking-agency termination of the artist (being fired)
  • Lack or loss of personal transportation

Once you qualify, we cover lost income from venues in Harford County or within a 50-mile radius of Bel Air, MD. Please provide complete information for each lost gig, including venue contact details. Bands apply as individual members.
