The Turntable Fund provides temporary financial relief to professional Harford County musicians who can't perform due to illness, injury, venue cancellations, or other catastrophic circumstances.
To qualify, you must be a working musician who either lives in Harford County, MD or performs in Harford County at least 12 times per year.
Documented residency in any qualifying ZIP code.
Active performances inside the eligible service area.
Bands cannot apply as a group — each member files separately.
Late applications cannot be considered.
Up to one hundred twenty-five dollars in relief per qualifying performance.
Up to three hundred dollars in a rolling ninety-day window.
Up to one thousand dollars in cumulative relief annually.

- Documented personal illness
- Birth of a child
- Documented illness of a spouse or child
- Cancellation of a scheduled performance by a Harford County venue
- Fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of God
- Venue or booking-agency termination of artist (fired)
- Lack or loss of personal transportation
- Bands applying as a group rather than individual musicians
- Performances outside the 50-mile Bel Air service radius
- Lost gigs reported more than 3 months after the event

Once approved, funds are sent directly to help you stay on your feet.

Up to $125 per lost gig, up to $300 per rolling 90-day period, and up to $1,000 per calendar year. Amounts are subject to change based on the fund's financial position.
Documented personal illness, birth of a child, documented illness of a spouse or child, cancellation of a scheduled performance by a Harford County venue, and acts of God such as fire, flood, or lightning.
Termination by a venue or booking agency, and lack or loss of personal transportation. Bands cannot apply as a single group — each musician applies individually.
Applications must be submitted within three months of the lost gig. After that window we are no longer able to consider the loss.
