The Turntable Fund provides temporary financial relief to professional Harford County musicians who can't perform due to illness, injury, venue cancellations, or other catastrophic circumstances.

Do I qualify for Turntable Fund benefits?

You qualify if you are a working musician who lives in Harford County, MD or performs in Harford County at least 12 times per year. The eligible service area covers the 19 listed ZIP codes plus a 50-mile radius from Bel Air, MD.

How much can I receive?

Up to $125 per lost gig, up to $300 per rolling 90-day period, and up to $1,000 per calendar year. Amounts are subject to change based on the fund's financial position.

What kinds of losses qualify?

Documented personal illness, birth of a child, documented illness of a spouse or child, cancellation of a scheduled performance by a Harford County venue, and acts of God such as fire, flood, or lightning.

What doesn't qualify?

Termination by a venue or booking agency, and lack or loss of personal transportation. Bands cannot apply as a single group — each musician applies individually.

How quickly do I need to apply?

Applications must be submitted within three months of the lost gig. After that window we are no longer able to consider the loss.
